Luca Ricci, winemaker from Veneto
The history of the estate began in the late 1990s, with the Ricci family starting to produce wine in 1999. Spurred on by their grandfather, an oenologist, and their father, a winegrower, the children, who now make up the third generation, decided to produce wine and make the most of the region's magnificent terroirs. The family business, which focuses on both agriculture and viticulture, is located at the heart of an agriturismo: Le Fade.
Set among the green hills of the Prosecco region, the winery is located in the village of Collalto, around thirty minutes north of Treviso, on the Prosecco route, which was created in 1966 by Giuseppe Schiratti and was Italy's first wine route. Anchored by tradition, the Luca Ricci family cultivates the vines with the constant aim of striking a balance between the work of men and respect for the natural environment in which they live. With this in mind, this family of passionate winegrowers cultivates their vineyards without using any pesticides or synthetic products.
Today, they produce a range of Prosecco vintages, as well as dry red and white wines.
